Fest at Night
BMW Gina Light
BMW Museum
This is the BMW Museum (the small vortex looking building) that Jansen and I went to one day. A couple things from inside: The BMW M1 car, a clay model and a computer programmed exhibition piece using metal balls that are attached (individually) to strings that, in parts, looks like a blanket that drapes over cars and gives you their design/shape. Awesome!

Muenchen
We are halfway through the week and I have paid for internet the last time while we will be here. Oktoberfest is really cool!!! There are a lot of Festzelt's (which mean festival tents) and a lot of fair rides and attractions. Jansen and I have eaten the Cordon Bleu (which was amazing!), a mix platter with a bunch of different types of meats and "things to try", and tonight we ate at an Italian resturant where I was able to speak to the waiter in the little Italian I know... that was very cool! Today we also walked around Munich. We went to the Olympic park, the BMW Museum and the Deutsches Museum. They were all very cool and I will have to upload picture later because my computer is Full on disk space and will not let me add anything else to it :( I will have to wait until I can get back to Riva to transfer my files into my external hard-drive and make some space on my computer. So we are having a great time and I will upload photos at a later time. auf Wiedersehen!

Free Week and Octoberfest!!!
We just got back from a piano concert in Capolago (the town right beside Riva S. Vitale). That was very cool... and now I am packing for Munich. I will be in Munich from tomorrow afternoon till Friday afternoon. Jansen will arrive on Sunday around 3pm and then we are going to have a great week! I can't wait. I would say I am too excited to sleep... but I am too tired to not sleep haha. I am sure Jansen and I will have some great stories to tell after this week. Auf Wiedersehen! and GO HOKIES vs. Nebraska (Whose QB is named Zac Lee - born April 26, 1987 - So I am older than him by 24 days! Hah!)

Studio - Study Models
As I have mentioned before... Our project is a time trial starting ramp for the Road World Cycling Championships. My first study models were looking at the bending and folding of planes. I also experimented with looping and twisting a single plane... that transformed into the mobius strip and then I added another loop which I think is still a mobius strip but I tend to think it is a "Zac Strip"
:)
